On Sunday, February 1, a competitor’s car in the Legend Boucles @ Bastogne 2026 left the road during Regularity Test 10 (Églantine) in the Houffalize area.

Despite the rapid intervention of the emergency services and the efforts of medical personnel, a spectator sadly succumbed to her injuries. An investigation has been launched to determine the exact circumstances of the accident.

All individuals affected by this tragedy are receiving support from a dedicated crisis response team.

Following this incident, the Legend Boucles @ Bastogne 2026 has been definitively cancelled.

The Royal Automobile Club of Spa and all members of the organizing committee extend their deepest condolences to the family and loved ones of the deceased spectator.
